• EC and UK type approved for use in safety applications up to and including Performance Level PLe (Category 4) per EN ISO 13849-1. When used without a safety

partner installed, SIL CL 2 and PLd (Category 3) are achievable.

The following applies to products with IECEx certification.

• Such products are intended for use in areas in which explosive atmospheres caused by gases, vapors, mists, or air are unlikely to occur, or are likely to occur only

infrequently and for short periods. Such locations correspond to Zone 2 classification.
